Urban Armor Gear Review

I was very kindly sent a UAG (Urban Armour Gear) iPhone 6/6s plus case to trial. I chose an all black folio style which not only protects both the front and back of the phone but also allows you to store up to 3 cards inside.

The case is military drop tested its impact resistant, feather-light, offers a glare-free flash, buttons are easily accessible and also the case offers skid pads.

This particular case retails at $39.95. In my opinion it’s worth every penny. After working at Carphone Warehouse for 9 year I can confidently speak from experience when I say a lot of people would think this is a lot of money for a phone case and could quite easily get a cheaper one online.

I believe you pay for what you get so by buying a cheap phone case, you are getting just that and not a great deal of quality or protection.

My phone retails at a whopping £699 and therefore I would expect to pay nothing less than £30 to give this luxury the proper protection it deserves.

I love the design of the UAG case it looks smart and sleek for such a hard wareing case. There is a raised lip around the outside front of your phone offering a secure grip. The case is very light and feels of a strong, durable quality. On the inside of the flap there is a soft almost felt like material where you can store up to 3 cards. The flap also flips around and can be held out-of-the-way allowing you to use both hands to text/ email etc. When closing the flap there is a magnet which stops this from opening.

I’m really impressed with the case, it was easy to fit and all button are easily accessible with the case on. In my opinion this offers all round protection and if you’re looking for a decent, durable case then the UAG website is one to visit.
