DIY Homemade Gluten Free Bread (YouTube Vlog Included)

Hello and welcome to my blog. This is a first for me I’ve never incorporated a vlog in a blog before – go me!

The automatic bread maker I’m using is –

Panasonic SD-2501/SD-2500

Ingredients –

  • Water – 330ml
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Cider Vinegar – 1 tsp (I don’t add this)
  • Egg, medium – 1
  • Medium sized egg white – 1
  • Flour – 450g
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1tsp
  • Yeast – 2tsp
  • Xanthan – 1 tsp (Optional)

tbsp – tablespoon, tsp – teaspoon

Cooking Time – 1 hour 55 minutes

Menu/ Setting – ’12’

Method –

  1. Put all the wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  2. Whilst mixing gradually add the flour
  3. Mix together until you have a smooth consistency
  4. Pour or scoop this to the bread container
  5. Select setting 12 with a dark crust
  6. 1 hour 55 mins later
  7. Ta darr! Your very own homemade, fresh gluten free loaf of bread!
